Coach Jayson was born in Queens, NY. He moved to Marietta, GA when he was 5 years old. A 2015 Harrison High School graduate, where he played multiple sports including football along side Justin Fields. Graduated from GCSU with a Bachelors in Exercise Science 2021. Hobbies and other activities are playing golf, watching sports, hiking and working out.
Jayson played collegiately at Chattahoochee Community College from 2015-2017. 2016 ACCC Conference champions, 2016 NJCAA Tournament finished 3rd place. He later played at Georgia College 2018-2020.
