Coach Carlos has been coaching travel baseball for 5 years, growing up having played in Miami and Orlando, Florida. He attended University of Central Florida. Aside from baseball, he also coaches football at Alpharetta High School 6th grade feeder team. As a youth athlete, he lettered in multiple sports and that has helped shape his coaching philosophies to help his players become better athletes overall. Through sports he connects with his players to create a platform of giving back to the community, giving life lessons and character building.
