Coach Lynsey (Coach LJ if you want) will be the head coach of our 12U Black squad and is the
main force behind SBL Fastpitch.
Lynsey started playing softball as a child in Northern California. She played for travel clubs and
at Olathe North High School in suburban Kansas City before playing college ball at lowa
Wesleyan and the University of Tampa. She has been coaching for nearly 20 years and has
coached every level from T-ball to summer collegiate leagues with DI athletes.
She coached in Roswell’s rec program and with AYSA before beginning her own team last fall.
That team turned into this partnership with BSBL and three SBL Pirates Fastpitch teams.
During the day she’s Vice President of Supply Chain Integration for Veritiv Corp.
In 2023, she earned her EMBA from the University of Georgia. She’s a lifelong Oakland A’s fan
and has converted her son, Justice, but will also cheer for the Kansas City Royals to make her
husband and daughter, Rae, happy.
